SKD's Sparrow necklace is cast in solid brass from a hand-carved wax. Lightly oxidized to reveal the detail of the surface, this Sparrow comes with some serious attitude. The lost wax process used to cast the Sparrow goes back to 4500–3500 BC and yet still used today to achieve the fine intricate details seen here. Hand-finished in our Margate studio, this piece measures approx 2.5cm long and 1.5cm high and sits on a 30" chain.
